I think H-stats that raise when you lose are in a ton of female-protag games so that's probably not what you're asking about. The ones I've played are usually just cosmetic changes to the character's body or dialogue.

You can probably tell this aren't what I usually go for, so I'm sorry, I don't remember the names. I can't really get into sadism [spoiler]unless Reimu is the victim, for some reason.[\spoiler]
I played one (JP-only game, maybe not anymore who knows) which was a wild-west-ish setting with a daily life system where you raise the gunslinger heroine's stats by doing activities in town to prepare for arena battles every week. If you lost outside the arena you'd get an H-scene and waste the day, and if you lost to anyone in the arena the game would continue into later weeks with the person who defeated you giving you regular discipline until you get more and more subservient. I liked the concept of how it integrated into gameplay, but the sadism was a little too strong for me to turn my brain off. If that gives you any hints, that's the best I can offer.
