just ate plain baked potatoes and topped it off with whey protein
the weight is coming off, but my strength is also decreasing a good amount. If I end up losing all the muscle along with the fat I'll sure feel dumb, so I hope that's not what's happening.
also, my poop is so rock solid it's making me bleed from my butthole.
